DMPA’s Multicultural Student Leadership Program

Des Moines Performing Arts is excited for another year of the Multicultural Student Leadership Program!  

This opportunity is a two-week initiative designed for students of color who are interested in gaining leadership skills and exposure to the live entertainment industry. The goal of the program is to inspire and inform participants about the great opportunites that exist within DMPA, as well as in the community.  

The program will take place from May 21 – May 31, 2024 and will be an action-packed, fun and engaging 9 day experience. After completion of the program, the participants also receive $1000, a $500 giftcard to a professional apparel store, and a Certificate in Leadership.
